Glamifornia Rounds Recipe!
These tasty snacks are filled with nutrients and are packed with energy to give you a boost when you need it. We made these snacks at our last First Friday event and they are were a total hit! Here is the recipe for you to try!
We added blended walnuts, cashews almonds and sunflowers seeds with dates and cacao. Sprinkled with coconut flakes and enjoy!
2 cups of Almond meal
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp aking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
optional: flax seed, walnuts, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, dates and cacao.
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Tip: Melt the coconut oil before mixing in the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Once well blended, slowly add the wet mixture until the batter is clumpy and sticky.
Make mounds with a teaspoon and (optional) cover with coconut flakes.
Tip: you can round the balls if you want!
Bake at 350F for 9-10 minutes.
